The bins for storage inside come with a third shelf that can be folded down to store large items. The drawers have temperature controls so that you can set them to Meat, Beverage, or Deli settings. The drawers are easy to open and shut, but I found the textured plastic coatings a bit hard on my fingers.

The GE PGE29BYTFS Smart Refrigerator includes all the features you'd expect from a refrigerator in this price range. It has Wi-Fi as well as app support, and GE's SmartHQ Software. The app, which is available for iOS and Android devices allows you to control your fridge from anywhere in the world, and it has numerous options for customization. It also sends you notifications when a door is left open, when your fridge or freezer needs defrosting and when it's time to change the filter.

It would be nice if GE PYE22PYNFS had Precise Fill it's an option in a handful of other GE fridges that allow you to preset how many cups of water you'd like to disperse at a time. It does offer a countdown on the fridge's display to show how much water you have left, but it's not as effective as Precise Fill.

Bosch Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

The Bosch French-door Refrigerator is an impressive product. It's designed to look like it's a seamless part of your kitchen. The fridge uses fingerprint-resistant stainless steel, which is a great feature for busy households. It also boasts a veggie compartment that helps keep fruits and vegetables fresher longer and dual compressors for maximum preservation of food. The Ice maker we tested is one of the most efficient and produces pyramid shaped ice using minimal water. This fridge is perfect for a small household or kitchenette that needs an elegant design and top of the highest quality food preservation.

This fridge was the top-rated refrigerator in our Refrigerators test, for several reasons. The temperature of the freezer remained stable at just a few degrees Fahrenheit, never fluctuating more than a fraction one degree. This is crucial to avoiding freezing burn. The refrigerator section of the fridge also performed well. It reached the initial temperature within an hour and remained at that temperature throughout our testing.

Bosch is a household name known for its top-quality appliances. Therefore, it's not a surprise that Bosch counter depth refrigerator is one of them. LG Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

The LG LRFLC2706S is a great counter-depth refrigerator that packs plenty of storage space into a compact frame. It has a sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless-steel finish and features thick handles that make them comfortable to grip. The fridge features an ordinary French door design, with two rows of shelves that can be used to capture spills and a set crisper drawers. The top right shelf can be folded down to give taller items more room. There's also a full-width storage drawer for products from the deli and an inside water dispenser.

One of the best features of this refrigerator is that its ice maker is inside the freezer, making it easy to move frozen ice to the fridge to use as needed. The freezer also features innovative design features such as sliding drawers that allow you to sort your things. It comes with a large bin to store frozen food items, and a separate one for ice.

Smart InstaView panel is another awesome feature of the refrigerator. You can control the temperature, lighting and other aspects of your fridge using your smartphone. It's a good way to control and monitor your refrigerator, particularly if you're away from home.

The Smart InstaView feature is neat but it doesn't enhance the performance of the fridge. In fact it took longer to defrost and chill food in this fridge as compared to other fridges we test. This is likely due to its greater capacity.

Another issue with this refrigerator is its doors. They have sunken handles at the front, which allows shorter people to easily pull them open from the bottom, however they're difficult for taller people to pull shut without slamming them. It would have been better if these had front-mounted handles.

The LG Counter-Depth MAX is a good option for those looking to combine the benefits of a French-door refrigerator's aesthetics with an efficient layout. Its capacity is above average for a counter-depth model and it cools well and has a nice layout. It's also less expensive than the most expensive counter depth refrigerators that have an icemaker, which makes it a great choice.

Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

This Frigidaire French door refrigerator is a good choice when you're looking for a French door refrigerator that doesn't cost a lot of budget. It's a basic refrigerator that may not be as attractive as some of its competitors however, it does have enough features to make it a good choice. Its main feature is the temperature adjustable drawer, which helps keep foods like veggies and meat fresher for longer. It also comes with a huge ice maker as well as a water dispenser.

The "Chill Drawer", which is situated over the two crisper bins, is another excellent feature. I've noticed that the general settings are more effective than the specific ones.

During my tests, I found that the temperatures of the refrigerator were fairly consistent across various parts of the fridge. The temperatures in the middle, top and bottom of the fridge didn't differ much from 38 degrees. This is a good performance, but doesn't quite make it to the top of our ratings.

This fridge has a few other neat features, including a temperature-monitoring display that alerts you to fluctuations and provides a forecast for the day ahead. You can also pair this fridge with a smart thermometer to get more precise readings of the internal temperature of your fridge.

The Frigidaire FGHB2866PF's outside is made of grey-bodied stainless steel that has a "smudge-proof" finish. It wards off streaks and fingerprints better than other stainless steel finishes I've tested.
